My Path to DDM
I come from technology, management, controlling and international project practice. My path led me from mechanical engineering through research, development and project management into business steering.
Along the way, I experienced that good results rarely fail because of missing reports — but because of unclear processes, missing responsibility and a lack of translation between operational reality and financial steering.
This is exactly how DDM was created: the connection of management, controlling, business intelligence and execution.
